The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the water and numerous restaurants. The service was excellent and very professional, with courteous staff informing us about the working hot tub. However, the room faced the main street, was on the smaller side, and had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke.
The hotel has spacious rooms with balconies and a very clean environment, although there were noise issues from street traffic and a plumbing problem in the bathroom. The service was generally top-notch, except for one staff member during check-out. The location is convenient, especially for those interested in the marina and nearby attractions, although some rooms face the parking lot instead of a more pleasant view. The dining experience offers a decent variety of food and is convenient, but with some room for improvement. Overall, the facilities meet expectations in most areas.
